About Freya
As someone who struggles with routine and discipline, I was lucky enough to find myself on a path that invites me to move for joy and play. As a teenager exercise was not something I did out of love and joy, rather it was something I forced myself to do out of self-criticism. I want to help people to remember that there is joy and play in movement and create sustainable habits as a result.

In my classes I will talk to the client and get to know them. I offer online coaching with a focus on embodiment and self-love. In class we will do conditioning and self-love exercises. I will provide coaching and motivation, accountability, emotional support and helping people to find novelty and excitement towards exercise and hopefully a way that they love to move.
