About Cristina
Personal trainer, health advisor, yoga and pilates teacher for 8 years. Although my contact with the sport dates back to when I was 5 years old and I have never separated from this sector. My extensive experience and constant acquisition of knowledge about sports, nutrition and health make my services very professional.
