About Douglas
I take your success very seriously. If a student fails, I wonder what I did wrong. Some fail because they do not give enough effort. Some fail because they cannot handle the stress or the course material. I think more failures are due to poor and/or boring instructors.
Another example was a young gentleman who was about to repeat year one of this two-year paramedic program. Our first meeting was to go over his transcripts and tests from the previous year. Where did he need help? We figured this out, did about twelve sessions, and he passed year one.
