About Sonam
Hi, I’m Sonam, and I know what it feels like to struggle with ADHD every single day. The frustration of unfinished tasks, the guilt of procrastination, and the exhaustion of an overactive mind—I’ve been through it all. But I also found ways to make life easier, to feel more in control, and to work with my ADHD instead of against it. Now, I want to help others do the same.
