About Danni
I work with people who are questioning their relationship with certain behaviours and want space to explore addictive patterns in a calm, structured way. I bring both professional experience and personal insight into behaviour change and dependency, which allows me to work in a grounded, realistic, and non-judgemental manner. My approach is practical and focused on awareness, emotional regulation, and choice. I help clients slow things down, understand what is driving their patterns, and decide how they want to move forward. I work within a clear coaching framework. This support is educational and skills-based and is not therapy, counselling, or crisis intervention.

My sessions are designed for people who feel uncertain about whether a behaviour has become problematic and want to explore this without pressure to label themselves or commit to a specific outcome. Each session is structured and focused. We usually begin with a brief check-in, then explore one current pattern or difficulty in depth. I introduce practical tools to support awareness, emotional regulation, and behaviour change, followed by a clear and manageable takeaway for the week ahead. Sessions are collaborative, contained, and paced to suit you. The focus is on understanding patterns, increasing choice, and making small, realistic changes that fit into everyday life. This work is coaching and educational in nature and does not replace therapy, counselling, or clinical support.
