About Don
I didn’t learn about addiction from books or seminars—I learned it by living inside it. I’ve struggled with addiction, denial, relapse, shame, and the quiet moments where you know something has to change but don’t know how. I’ve been the person who wanted to stop and couldn’t, and the person who stopped and still felt lost afterward.
Today, I’m in a different place—not perfect, not pretending, but honest, aware, and accountable. I understand the mental loops, the emotional triggers, and the self-sabotage that keeps people stuck. I teach from experience, clarity, and reflection, offering real conversations and practical insight for anyone who’s tired of surface-level advice. If you want honesty, understanding, and guidance from someone who’s actually walked this path, you’re in the right place.

Addiction isn’t a lack of willpower—it’s a learned survival system that eventually turns on you. My lessons are for people who are tired of being talked at, judged, or fed recycled motivation. We dig into the uncomfortable truths behind addiction: why you keep going back, why shame makes it worse, and why “just stop” never works. This isn’t therapy and it’s not a sales pitch for sobriety—it’s honest education and real conversation from someone who’s lived it. If you want clarity, accountability, and a way forward that doesn’t require pretending to be someone you’re not, this is for you.
