Acting is not in various methods that are taught but in the experiential flowers that will blossom in the process.
Acting is not just speaking lines but putting your soul in others' flesh. So it becomes important to concentrate on every possibility that can help one improve as an actor.
Acting can be helpful in overall personality development as it focuses on working on the mind, body, and emotions. I have In my sessions I have added theatre games, yoga, and mindfulness to achieve the goal.
My sessions are based on-
#Natyashashtra elements.
#Eric Morris Practices to work upon Sense Memory.
#theatre games to rigorously focus on emotions, diction, memory, and expressions.
#Meisner Technique.
#METHOD ACTING and Acting Techniques by Stella Adler.
