About Justin
My coaching is built around a simple philosophy: every Actor deserves access to clear, honest and practical guidance. The industry can often feel overwhelming, with performers expected to navigate training, self-tapes, auditions, representation and career progression largely on their own. My goal is to provide the structure, accountability and industry insight that I wish more Actors had access to at the beginning of their careers.
I leverage my connections with Actors working across high-end TV and Film alongside my extensive experience as a working Actor and Alumni of the Acting for screen programme at Royal Central.

I am a specialist talent development coach and professional Actor with over a decade of experience working across television, film, theatre, commercials and AAA video games.
I graduated from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama as Gareth Neame OBE's Major Scholar and have built a professional career spanning screen, stage and voiceover.
My credits include the BAFTA-winning CBBC series The Secret Life of Boys, the world premiere stage adaptation of Planet Omar, major commercial campaigns and multiple AAA video game titles.
Alongside my Acting career, I am the founder of The Dev Spot, a specialist talent development programme designed to provide Actors with the practical tools, industry knowledge and personalised support needed to build sustainable careers in today's industry.
My coaching combines professional acting technique, audition preparation, self-taping, career strategy, agent outreach, industry insight and long-term development planning. Whether you are preparing for drama school, entering the profession, or looking to take your career to the next level, sessions are tailored to your individual goals and experience level.
I work with actors at all stages of their journey and focus on creating clear, actionable development plans that lead to measurable progress both artistically and professionally. My goal is to support and facilitate talent development and leverage my knowledge, resources and network to break down barriers for those entering or emerging within the industry.
I always offer Actors a free initial surgery session, it's an opportunity to start to get to know one another and discuss your journey and what support would actually be the best for you.
