About Raphael
I'm very passionate about endurance sports in general. Running especially, has allowed me to destress and calm myself, which encourages me to run more. I also see running applicable to real life, where it's constantly tiring but we just need to keep moving forward no matter how we feel. I want to share my knowledge and help others grow and love this sport too.

I coach people to reach their personal goals, such as hitting their 2.4 IPPT target or preparing for an upcoming race.
I'm very friendly and easygoing, and will always put in my best effort.
Have had much experience training and racing myself, been coached myself before.
Has knowledge in running pace, nutrition, health etc.
