About Camden
I'm a dedicated and compassionate educator with over a decade of tutoring experience and several years in the classroom. I currently teach full-time and also offer personalized tutoring sessions to help students grow in both skill and confidence, especially in math. My goal is to meet students where they are and help them reach their full potential through encouragement, clear instruction, and consistent support. I believe that learning should be engaging and empowering, and I strive to create a positive environment where students feel safe to ask questions and take risks. With a strong background in working with upper elementary and middle school students, I bring both structure and heart to every lesson. Whether your child is catching up, keeping up, or getting ahead, I’m here to help them succeed with patience, professionalism, and care.

As a current classroom teacher and private tutor with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in making math understandable, engaging, and confidence-building for students in grades 4–8. I believe that every student can succeed with the right support and approach tailored to their needs.
My tutoring sessions are designed to be clear, encouraging, and structured. I begin with a quick check-in or review to assess understanding, then move into guided instruction using visuals, real-life examples, and step-by-step strategies. I finish each session with independent practice and feedback to reinforce the lesson and build retention.
