About Laurence
I trained in Acting Italia Conti academy of theatre arts, a top drama school in Central London. Since then I have toured with The Young Shakespeare Company and have been teaching for 3 years. I am also a LAMDA tutor for grades 1-8.

I provide a teaching experience that is tailored to your specific needs. That could include improving a monologue, audition technique, drama school entry audition practice, public speaking, acting for film and television or preparing for LAMDA exams. My Acting and teaching is inspired by stanislavski so he is the practioner I will mostly be working from.

Laurence is working with my nine year old son on his drama skills. He is very personable but is working from a background in drama, a world I know nothing about. During lockdown we have been looking to do anything that isn’t just my teaching my son the curriculum. Laurence is working on improving my son’s confidence, technique and his ability to speak in public. A life skill that is essential both as a student at school but for the work place in later life. I wish I had had access to this when I was younger, it would have helped me a lot.
