I am a studied artist and theater pedagogue, performer, fool and member of the Nomadic Academy of Fools, trainer for self-defense and in "RE-ACT" I bring together everything that life has given me to support you in your concerns, so that you can playfully walk through your life

RE-act is a fusion of self-defense and various theater forms of improvisation. You not only learn to defend yourself hand and foot against attackers according to the basics of self-defense, but also against the seriousness itself that knocks on the door so often in everyday life. We train with enthusiasm and together "paradoxical interventions" with everything we have. Body, mind and cordiality.
