As an ACT tutor, my approach is structured. I begin by identifying a student’s strengths and weaknesses. A typical lesson includes reviewing key content if needed, teaching test-taking strategies, practicing timed questions, and reviewing answers AND mistakes to build accuracy and confidence.
I focus on patterns so students can learn how to approach unfamiliar questions independently. My lessons are best for high school students preparing for the ACT at any score level.
