Friendly approachable manner helps put the most nervous of people at ease. I only share my pouring recipe with my students. This in itself is sought after information in this artistic area.

Perfect! From start to finish it was totally engaging, the one to one hands on teaching was sublime. The mixing element is one of the key factors to pouring and having Susan right there guiding and advising you is something that you can never truly get from a book in my opinion. Loved every minute.
