On numerous occasions she helped me work through difficult essays/topics/texts and offered support, as well as an alternative view that allowed me to delve deeper into texts and criticise my own work effectively. As well as being a super kind and calming personality, she has a gift for writing and the ideas to match - her magazine ‘The Optimist’ is revolutionary, and will allow her to give her students an insight into the real world of journalism!
