About Rahim
Hi, I’m Rahim — an Engineering student at Imperial College London specialising **exclusively in Maths tuition**. I don’t split my focus across multiple subjects, which means everything I teach is fully aligned with how Maths is actually examined and marked.
I’ve recently gone through these exams myself, so I understand where students lose marks — not just in content, but in method, structure, and exam pressure. By working extensively with past papers and mark schemes, I’ve built a clear approach that helps students consistently turn understanding into top marks.
My teaching is structured, professional, and results-driven. Every student gets a tailored plan based on their strengths and weaknesses, with a strong emphasis on exam technique, accuracy, and confidence under timed conditions. Because I focus only on Maths, I’m able to go deeper into patterns, question types, and marking logic than most general tutors.

My approach is built around one principle: most students don’t lose marks because they don’t understand maths — they lose marks because they don’t know how to **apply it under exam conditions**. That’s exactly what I fix.
In lessons, I focus heavily on **exam technique, pattern recognition, and mark scheme thinking**. I break questions down into repeatable methods, show you how examiners allocate marks, and train you to recognise question types instantly. We don’t just “learn content” — we practise how to **consistently convert that knowledge into full marks**.
A typical lesson is, structured into: quick recap → targeted teaching → guided exam questions → timed practice → feedback on mistakes. Every session is tailored to your weaknesses, whether that’s trigonometry, geometries, or problem-solving under pressure.
