About Slavena
I have completed my A Levels in Maths, Economics and Psychology and I am prepared to help anyone who is struggling with mathematics. It is a difficult subject but I believe if you put your mind to it, it is achievable. In the beginning, I was struggling heavily with maths but I put my head down, and came out with a B, and I am hoping I can help anyone who needs some support!

When it comes to private tutoring for GCSE maths, my aim is all about creating a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to each student’s specific needs. I focus on identifying the specific areas where each student may be struggling, by assessing their current knowledge and understanding, which allows me to cater the tutoring towards their specific weaknesses while reinforcing their strengths. I emphasise the importance of practice and problem-solving skills, and help guide students through this process. My overall aim is to make maths seem less intimidating and more enjoyable.
