About André
In the first class we will define your goals: Do you want to prepare for an oral exam? I have participated in several debate competitions, moot courts and have done dozens of oral exams. From body language to matter, we will address whatever is needed. Do you want to prepare for a written exam? There are tricks in time management and selecting what to study. When you get there, you'll be ready. Do you have a tremendous passion for law or do you just want to show off to your friends / teachers? We will learn to deconstruct arguments and explore some more theoretical part of the chair. Do you have a cousin who has a startup and asks you for advice? Commercial law is "my beach". I help you to impress your cousin with various concepts but beware of the prosecutor's office.

I have a law degree from FDUL. I was tutor of History of Legal Thought and Commercial Law I, II and III. I am doing my master's degree, at FDUL, in commercial law. I give explanations since my first year of graduation and the classes are aimed at undergraduate / master students in law. The explanations adapt to your goals. Of course, it will give me a lot of fun if you want to get the maximum grade, in the chair, and explore the more "theoretical" part well, but if your goal is to "pass", the focus will be on the practical part of law.
