About Tereza

Hi my name is Tereza and I am a dedicated student with a 4.0 GPA, about to graduate with a degree in health science from Dawson College. This fall, I’ll be heading to McGill University to study biochemistry or bioengineering—still deciding, but either way, I’m excited to further my education and passion in this field. As someone who’s been through the academic process, I know what works and what doesn’t. I’ve learned how to break down difficult concepts into clear, manageable steps, and I’m here to pass that knowledge on to you. I offer online tutoring (possibility to make it in-person) in math, chemistry, physics, and biology, providing personalized, engaging lessons that cater to your learning style. I believe in creating a supportive, positive atmosphere where you feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at your own pace. My goal is not just to help you understand the material, but to make sure you feel confident in your ability to succeed. As a student myself, I know how important it is to find a tutor who genuinely cares about your success. You can count on me to be professional, reliable, and committed to helping you reach your goals. Let’s work together to make your learning experience effective, enjoyable, and stress-free!

In my lessons, I prioritize interactive teaching methods because they help engage you in the material and make learning more enjoyable. I believe in breaking down complex concepts through discussions, real-life examples, and hands-on exercises. These methods not only help you understand but also keep you actively involved in the learning process. Personally, I’ve found that interactive learning is the most effective way for me to study, and I carry that approach into my teaching. Online tutoring offers a comfortable, flexible environment for both of us. Learning from the comfort of your own home means you can focus better, without the stress of commuting or rigid schedules. You can work at your own pace, with the ability to pause and revisit lessons whenever needed. This setup creates a relaxed atmosphere that allows for more productive and stress-free learning, making it easier for you to absorb information and feel at ease throughout the process. Nevertheless, I am also open to in-person tutoring if you learn better that way—just let me know and we will arrange something to fit your needs.
