Being a young tutor who has recently completed my exams, I understand exam stress and make lessons friendly, fun, and relatable, helping students feel confident while enjoying learning. Each session covers two subjects (between maths, English and verbal reasoning), each lasting 50 minutes, with a 10-minute break in between to keep students focused and energised. Lessons will be held in the evening, the earliest slot being from 17:30. Lessons focus on exam technique and include past papers to boost confidence, improve time management, and develop effective strategies. Students can work in a notebook, use printed worksheets which I will send before each lesson, or complete exercises on a tablet via PDF. To celebrate progress, students receive rewards at the end of each half term to motivate and acknowledge their growth.
