About Tapoghna
I am an ACE certified personal trainer, unconditionally in love with physical and mental fitness. An electronics engineering student by degree and a fitness professional by choice, here to help you meet your fitness goals. I also have a considerable amount of experience in nutrition planning, post-rehab exercises and pharmacy. I do know things about steroids but believe in a healthy diet. My blood and mind both read "B +ve". If you need a fitness instructor and have a proposal, I am open to challenges.

Details
Depending on the plans you choose (online), from basic, standard and premium, the price differes. However, the price is negotiable. If you opt for a basic plan it would cost you 200 rs (so session cost = 200+500). If you choose a standard or premium plan, the price will be 400 or 600 respectively added with the 500 session cost. If you do not need a session and only the exercise offers then the session cost won't be added and the plan will be directly emailed to you.
