About Brandis
I have been teaching a variety of accounting courses, including introductory financial and managerial accounting at the undergraduate level as well as managerial accounting for MBA students, for over 15 years. I also have previous accounting work experience at Verizon Wireless. I am also a licensed CPA.

My background as an accounting professor has allowed me to hone my skills at increasing student understanding of accounting subject matter. My goal is to meet students where they are, then utilize an apprenticeship model where I demonstrate concepts, provide examples then allow the student to practice. I encourage mistakes and partner with the student to increase their understanding. Practice is imperative.
