About Simon, CFA
CFA charter holder and graduated from a Master in management from IESEG School of Management, I work within Deloitte as Manager in Valuation & Restructuring. Before these 5 years spent as consultant, I created my own consulting company: Co-Staters Conseil.
In the meantime, I teach corporate finance, market finance and accounting. I also help CFA candidates to their exams.

Each 2-hour session is organised as follow:
0) First, the student prepares the topic he wants to cover (in order to come with as many questions as possible)
1) Then, we cover together the theory
2) We/I answer the question he might have
3) We practice (with concrete exercise)
Finance and accounting are logic. My goal is to help you understand the principal in order to be autonomous and handle the logic behind (for sure you will notice the difference).

Perfect! Simon est un excellent professeur, capable de s'adapter à votre niveau autant que d'aller plus loin techniquement. Il est très attentif et saura s'adapter à vos niveaux et besoins sans aucun souci ! J'ai pu grâce à lui m'approprier les méthodes de valorisation d'entreprise très rapidement et facilement. Très disponible, réactif et souriant, c'est un plaisir de l'avoir comme prof !

Simon est un excellent professeur. Il prend le temps d'expliquer et de reformuler si nécessaire.
