About Jacob
I am an ACCA-trained accounting and finance professional with real corporate experience in financial reporting, group accounts, budgeting, cash flow, audit, and tax matters.
I want to teach because I know accounting can feel confusing at first, especially when students only memorize rules without understanding the logic behind them. My goal is to make accounting simple, practical, and easier to connect with real business situations.
I enjoy helping students build confidence step by step, whether they are beginners, secondary school students, diploma or degree students, or working adults strengthening their accounting foundation.

I teach accounting by focusing on understanding the logic, not memorising rules. I explain concepts step by step using simple examples and practical business scenarios.
Lessons are usually 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the student’s level and needs. Sessions can cover concepts, homework, exam revision, or practice questions.
I have an ACCA background and real corporate finance experience, including financial reporting, group accounts, budgeting, cash flow, audit, and tax matters.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, secondary school students, diploma/degree students, and working adults who want to strengthen their accounting foundation.
