About Michael
I am a professional academic, social and market researcher with over 25 years' experience. I have a broad knowledge of teaching, tutoring, research strategies, methods and project management gained through postgraduate study, professional development and above all through extensive professional experience in the academic, third sector and local government settings. My principal research interests are in the evaluation of services (particularly in health and education services) and I am also proficient and experienced in programme evaluation using quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods approaches with particular expertise in survey design and analysis. I have expertise in the use of new technologies in research (e.g. online surveys, research using social media and online communities) and teaching and learning (particularly with regard to e-learning). Perfect! Great Tutor
Michael is a good tutor. Really helped me to understand SPSS and how to do analysis for survey questionnair. He talked me through everything I needed to know in a clear way.
