About Akash
Hi, I’m Akash, a certified yoga teacher trained in Vinyasa Yoga from the spiritual heart of yoga — Rishikesh, India. I’ve completed my 200-hour Teacher Training Program from the respected Vinyasa Institute in Rishikesh, where I deepened my understanding of movement, breath, and the mind-body connection. My mission is to make yoga approachable, supportive, and beginner-friendly for anyone who wants to start their journey toward better health and inner peace. In my classes, you’ll find a balance of gentle movement, mindful breathing, and simple guidance — especially designed for those who are completely new to yoga. I believe that yoga is not about how flexible you are, but how present you can be in your own body. Whether you’re looking to release stress, improve flexibility, or simply start moving again, I’ll guide you step-by-step with patience and care. Let’s begin your yoga journey together — one breath at a time.
