About Abby
Meet Abby, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Abby is a free spirit with a love for movement, mindfulness and wellbeing. Working in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years, Abby is a marketing expert who is also qualified Yoga, Meditation and Functional Range Conditioning teacher. Abby believes that yoga is more than just movement it's about connecting the body, mind and breath. Approaching her classes as a beginner, guiding her practices for everyone and anyone.

Classes are structured with an opening meditation, breath work followed by movement that can focused on certain areas of the body or a theme e.g. stress relief. The classes are designed to ensure you get the most from your body, mind and breath.
