About Ryan
I am a college graduate with an Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, and Bachelor of Applied Science. My prior career and focus was on exotic animal health care. I recently became a certified teacher and currently teach 6th Grade Science at one of my local schools full time. I have been a veterinary technician for 18 years and an educator for over 12 years. I currently teach as an adjunct professor at my local college and focus on Avian, Reptile, Amphibian, and Small Mammal care. I have also been a 6th Grade Science Teacher for the last 4 years and love getting kids excited about science! I hope you'll join me to learn more about science or get some tips on exotic animal health care.

Ryan was my exotics teacher at SPC. His class was my favorite to go to. Hos lessons were packed with information but he made learning interesting. He was also willing to help students in need.
I think Ryan is a trustworthy teacher because he cares about the animals, his students and the quality of information he teaches. He is an incredible teacher and wants his students to succeed and I think that is very hard to genuinely find these days.
Kind, patient, good communication, makes science exciting, and adapts to each student's learning style. Highly recommend!
This gentleman mixed humor and real life experience into his teachings. Definitely would recommend for any science, but animal sciences/biology are his specialty. He truly cares about the success of his students. He loves understanding the misunderstood and is a big advocate for positive mental health.
