About Chantal
I'm Chantal and live in South-West England, with my family and dogs. I have over 20 years of yoga practice and love practising in nature, feeling the grass between my toes. I paddleboard and enjoy cycling which is where Pilates has helped to really strengthen my core to enable me to do these activities without injury. I love helping people and seeing the delight after sessions.
