My teaching is generally based on traditional yoga practices. I love taking people deeper into themselves through a lot of different traditional yoga techniques. My motive for teaching yoga is to bring people into spirituality and help them attain good mental and physical health. It's important to treat your body as a temple and worship it. We do that through these beautiful practices called Yoga, Pranayams and Meditation.
