My name is Jordan Daher and my company is OM Body Studios. I am a 500 RYT certified yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience in practicing yoga.
I build personal classes to address your specific needs and goals. I am certified to guide you through many styles of movement mediation including:

I also offer guided meditations with healing sound baths from quarts crystal singing bowls attuned to each of your chakras.
