About McKayla
A Little About Me 🤎
Hi, I’m Kayla! I’m a yoga teacher and wellness enthusiast who believes taking care of yourself should feel like a natural part of life, not another thing on your to-do list.
My own journey with wellness has taught me the importance of slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and making space for both movement and rest. I love creating experiences that help people feel more grounded, build a deeper connection with their bodies, and step away from the stress of everyday life.
Through yoga and crystal singing bowl sound baths, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you can come exactly as you are. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to make the experience your own.
I’m passionate about bringing wellness into our community and making it accessible to everybody. Whether it’s a private session, a gathering with friends, or a group experience, I’d love to help you create a little more space for yourself.

With personalized yoga sessions tailored to your needs, followed by the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls, each experience offers an opportunity to move your body, quiet your mind, and give yourself the time and care you deserve.
Private sessions are perfect for individuals, couples, friends, families, or groups looking for a meaningful way to connect, recharge, and prioritize their wellness.
You don’t have to be flexible, experienced, or know anything about yoga to begin. You just have to show up.
