About Hannah
I am a 4th year aerospace engineering student who is enthusiastic about maths and helping people learn. I acheived 4 A* at A-level including Maths and Further Maths from Kings College London Mathematics School.
My sessions are based around using examples to gain an understanding of the principles and ideas involed in the topic, building up a solid foundation of maths knowledge.

I see maths question as a puzzle to solve and my classes are built around this idea. Using examples and linking maths as much as possible to the real world, I try to build up understanding of the topic. The aim of this is not just to be able to answer exam questions but also to understand why the methods used work as I believe that the ability to understand and break down a maths problem leads to greater confidence and better results.
A typical class is interactive discussion based, going through examples that highlight certain topics or ideas, often ending in a short independent question to give you a chance to apply what hás been learnt.
