About
Hi! My name is Sarah, and I’m a high school math teacher who is passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed in math. During my student teaching experience, I taught Geometry, Pre-Calculus, AP Calculus BC, and Statistics, which allowed me to work with a wide range of learners and learning styles. Next year, I’ll be teaching Algebra 1 and Algebra 2, and I’m excited to continue helping students grow both academically and personally.
I’ll do an excellent job because I care deeply about student learning and put a lot of thought into how lessons are taught. I focus on clear explanations, real-world connections, and strategies that help all students understand concepts more confidently. My goal is not only to help students improve their math skills, but also to help them develop problem-solving abilities and confidence that will benefit them beyond the classroom.
