About Lara
I have struggled with dyslexia so have required tutoring through my exams so know first-hand what a difference it makes to a student. Being able to have one-on-one discussions and conversations around complex topics builds a much greater understanding in addition to a better outcome.
I also love science and will be pursuing chemistry research once I graduate and would love to pass my enthusiasm and knowledge on, while inspiring a genuine interest.

I will provide online lessons through Zoom as many times per week as needed. I run my lessons beginning with a small revision session on topics the student has expressed as a problem area and then go through exam questions discussing reasoning behind the answers.
I am highly flexible and will tailor a session to a student's request. I have struggled with dyslexia especially around exams so I’m well versed in many revision and learning styles. I also have experience with tutoring pupils with complex learning needs.
