About Tarik
I'm currently in my third year at Penn State University, where I've been tutoring STEM courses for fellow students since fall 2024. It all began when my calculus professor recommended me to the university's learning center as a potential tutor. To prepare for this role, I took a tutor training course offered by Penn State.

It all began when my calculus professor recommended me to the university's learning center as a potential tutor. To prepare for this role, I took a tutor training course offered by Penn State.
The subjects I tutor include Algebra 1 and 2, Trigonometry, Calculus 1 through 4, and Physics 1 and 2, including the specialized topic of Quantum Wave Motion in Physics 3. I'm also open to tutoring any lower-level math courses not mentioned here.
In a typical session, I expect the student to bring practice problems and notes from class. I will not be solving homework or quizzes for students. However, I can help you to get a start if you are stuck on a homework question only.
