About Joel
I am a person who greatly believes in accessible education for all. One of my main goals is to help students build confidence in their abilities and learn to trust themselves. I am a compassionate individual, understanding and able to teach students of all ages and all grades. It doesn't matter if a student is getting a U, if they are willing to engage I strongly believe they are able to succeed.

After benefitting from the Cambridge supervision system, I strongly believe in initially reteaching the content from first principles, which will allow me and the student to identify any gaps in knowledge. Every session, we will do exam practice questions together and then I will usually set the students problems based on the work done in that session in preparation for the next session, if desired.
