About Arjun
I am pursuing BBA and I am an NCC cadet. I've had the captaincy of my previous basketball school team and I also had been appointed as the sports vice captain. I've attended various adventure camps which have helped me absorb great leadership qualities. I have trained an NDA candidate for SSB interview where leadership traits are checked on by the examiners and he passed with flying colours. I am 100% sure that with my experience I can assist you in gaining great leadership qualities! , which you can use in any field of your life. A good leader knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.
We are always reminded during our NCC training by our drill commanders that, " A boss has the title, but the leader has the people!".

I teach by carrying out on paper activities. Along with leadership I also carry out exercises to help the student gain the mindset of positive thinking by carrying out tests like 5-point perspective or Situation Reaction Tests. I also conduct activities for personality development. All of my activities are theoretical. But I make sure that at least two outdoor activities are carried out to bring out the leadership traits eg:- trekking.
I make sure that my sessions are interactive, interesting to my students and something that they can apply in their lives.
