About Bhadra
I am Bhadra Joshidas and I am a professional martial arts coach. I am a black belt degree holder in arts like taekwondo, karate, kickboxing, haidong gumdo, and taekkyon. I rank the 2nd Dan in Taekwondo, 3rd in karate, 1st Dan in kickboxing, Haedong Gumdo (Korean sword martial arts), and Taekkyon (Traditional Korean art). I can personalize the classes according to the age and needs of my clients.

Through martial arts, one can achieve overall health goals and can acquire great mental and physical health along with other qualities like indomitable spirit, courtesy, integrity, self-control, and perseverance. Our life becomes easy by building a clear mind along with a great body.
