About SEG
Yoga has changed my life, my way of thinking and the way I face the challenges of my daily life.
Most of the time, our brain controls our emotions, our moods. It is therefore our brain is the only master of our state of mind and who gives us the capacity to be happy, contrary to received ideas; circumstances.
Learning to control your brain would therefore be the key to unlock the door to happiness.
This discovery, which seems so easy to understand and complicated to put into practice, prevented me from ignoring my desire to share.
I then decided to be a yoga teacher and share that knowledge with others, therefore obtained my RYS 200h (Yoga Alliance) certificate in Thailand in 2019. Since then, I have regularly given classes around Strasbourg area and its surroundings.

Yoga classes can be held in three languages: French, English or Turkish, depending on the student's preference.
Yoga is a magical discipline that provides mental and physical good.
Everyone has their own starting goals. Sometimes the reason is a lack of flexibility and mobility, other times a lack of muscle strength, or even learning to relax. Usually, one yoga class is enough to experience all of these positive aspects at once.
Having said that, as a yoga teacher, we can emphasize certain aspects depending on the demand and needs of the students. Since the essence of yoga is unique to everyone, my classes are individualized and adapted to each of my students.
The first session corresponds both to a discovery of the practice but also to an assessment in order to offer a practice more suited to the student's needs.
