About Nadzeya
Hi, I'm Nadia, a yoga instructor with a passion for helping others find joy, strength, and balance through the practice of yoga. Originally from Belarus, I now live in Newcastle where I'm studying film, but yoga has been a central part of my life for a long time.
I'm a certified instructor in Yin, Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga. I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for transforming the mind and body, and my goal as a teacher is to help my students discover their own inner strength and peace through the practice.
As a teacher, I'm known for my bubbly and approachable nature. I create a supportive and positive environment in my classes, where students of all levels and abilities feel welcome and encouraged to explore their practice.

In my yoga lessons, I teach a variety of styles, including Yin, Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga. Each of these styles has its unique benefits and challenges, and I believe that by combining them, I can provide a well-rounded practice that meets the needs of a wide range of students.
In my lessons, I focus on helping you develop a deeper understanding of your body and your breath, as well as building strength, flexibility, and balance. My teaching style is attentive and supportive, and I strive to create a positive, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable and safe to explore your practice.
To help create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, I often play calming music and have incense burning in the room during my lessons. These elements can enhance the overall experience of the practice by creating a sense of calm and tranquility, which can help you focus on your breath and movements more deeply.
I tailor my lessons to the needs of each individual student, so whether you're a beginner just starting out or an experienced yogi looking to take your practice to the next level, I'm here to help. My lessons typically run between 45-60 minutes, giving us plenty of time to explore different postures and breathing techniques, and to settle into a state of deep relaxation at the end of the practice.

Nadia made me fall in love with dancing! I was extremely shy intially but she helped me express myself more freely though dance. Shes very approachable.
