About Jariatou
I currently work as a Trading analyst at HSBC and have previous experience working as a Consultant at Accenture. In terms of education: I completed my A-levels in Chemistry, Maths, History and Physics. I loved maths and physics and went on to study physics where I focused on quantum mechanics, I managed to obtain a 1st Class BSc Hons. I also achieved a Merit in MSc Physics from Imperial College London where I also focused on quantum theory, namely quantum optics and quantum information. These studies have allowed me to develop a strong understanding of very sophisticated maths and physics. If you have an interest in quantum or just maths/physics in general, I will not only be happy to share my passion with you but help you develop a strong understanding of these subjects!

I will first understand where you are with your learning and try to understand where you need the most help so that the lessons can be as beneficial as possible. It’ll be a mixture of 1-1 learning, short recap tests and revision materials. There will be a strong focus on fundamentally understanding the material and I will be there to guide you every step of the way! I am a very patient person and love to help students achieve their goals.

Jariatou is an extremely enthusiastic tutor who is always keen to listen. This meant that she really tailored our tutoring sessions to fit my needs. She has excellent communication skills which comes across when she has to explain confusing concepts. She is extremely patient and when tutoring, she ensures we are going at a pace that optimises learning while also keeping me engaged. Throughout her time as my tutor, I felt very supported and would recommend her to anyone who asks!
Jariatou is an extremely patient teacher. She takes the time to explain and break down topics in the simplest form. She is trustworthy because her style of teaching is effective and has you leaving every session feeling like you can see improvement in your maths ability which I personally love!
