My strong interpersonal and technical engineering skills contribute to my ability to produce successful results with any student that I have the opportunity to tutor. Tutoring both Maths and Physics directly aligns with my interests and expertise and I am confident that you will be rewarded with the best results to achieve your academic goals. Acquiring a 1st Class Honours Degree in Aerospace Systems Engineering confirms my work ethic and strategic way of studying is very effective to obtain outstanding achievements. I will be thrilled to teach and share my natural competence in the subjects of Maths and Physics to help improve your academic grades, mindset and strategic thinking. I have gained theoretical and practical knowledge in these fields and I can guarantee better results once you follow my structured learning techniques. I currently help my niece aged 6 with all her academics and always challenge her with additional work to that which she has been set at school. She has since been doing amazingly well at school after getting feedback from her teachers. Additionally, having attained my GCSE’s in London and having friends who are teachers, I can stay on top of the latest curriculum to ensure the appropriate topics are being taught successfully. During my time at university, I mentored students academically and socially. I kept them motivated, optimistic and positive using myself and my results as a perfect example. I am an individual who leads by example and I have been able to help a number of students at a University Level to improve their grades and feel better with themselves. Finally, in my final year I worked as a Resident Assistant in the university campus. I was responsible for students' welfare/well-being and discipline within the university accommodation. This experience further developed my ability to relate with students of all backgrounds and offer constructive help and solutions to all types of problems they had, quickly and effectively. I have always had a passion to help others achieve better and do better. Thus, I look forward to working with you and helping anyone ages 6-16 years old to achieve better results and the grades they deserve which is the best! John would make an excellent tutor he is very hardworking and always makes a students welfare his first priority.
John was an excellent Resident Assistant who worked for Housing Services from August 2016 to August 2017. John’s work as a Resident Assistant was a varied role which involved responding to emergency calls out of hours and being responsible for the welfare and discipline of the thousands of students that lived on campus. John was a valued, trustworthy, competent and cheerful member of staff. John always completed projects that were given to him on time and was sorely missed by students and colleagues alike when achieved his degree and could no longer continue in the post.
I would not hesitate to recommend John for this position. His timekeeping was excellent and he did not take any days off sick.
