Lessons can be for groups or one on one. They involve cardio, strength, coordination, creativity, and meditation. With disciplined practice and enough time you will develop self-defense skills, knowledge of your body and mind's capabilities and potential, and learn meditation techniques to keep you balanced and in harmony. Your self-confidence will increase, and your perception of the world around you will expand; it will all add to your overall well-being.
Anyone can practice. As long as you are open-minded and willing to try and give it your best, these arts will bear their rewards.
