About Ali
I am also an experienced private tutor of Economics and Business Studies with over 18 years of experience.
With my experience I can quickly see the strengths and weaknesses of my students and then formulate a strategy to achieve the highest grade possible (usually in a short space of time). A large majority of my students have achieved grades which were at least 2 grade points above their starting point (eg from grade 4 to 6 for IB or from grade C to A/A* for A-levels)

Methodology:
-Working on theory using drill down methods.
-Diagrams are used and encouraged (economics and to a lesser extent, business studies are diagram heavy subjects).
-Students practice theory and diagrams during each session and in homework tasks.
-Exam technique is practiced only once the student is totally confident with theory and diagrams.
-Students are tested regularly and feedback is given constantly.
