My approach to tutoring is highly personalized and focused on the individual needs of each student. I start by understanding the student's goals and current level, then tailor each session to address their specific areas of improvement. Whether it's CV writing, essay skills, or interview preparation, I break down complex tasks into manageable steps, offering clear guidance and constructive feedback throughout the process. My teaching methodology involves active participation, where students are encouraged to engage in critical thinking, ask questions, and practice real-life scenarios.
Each lesson typically lasts one hour, beginning with a five-minute planning session where we set out the objectives and outline the content to be covered. I find that starting with the most challenging material and working our way through creates a productive flow, helping students build confidence as they progress.
I hold a law degree from the University of Cambridge, have scored a predicted 44/45 in the IB, and achieved 75% on my dissertation. With over two years of tutoring experience, I have worked with high school and undergraduate students, helping them improve their writing, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
My lessons are designed for high school students, undergraduates, and professionals looking to refine their CVs, enhance essay writing, or prepare for interviews and admissions processes.
