About Daniel
I am a graduate of CAFyD (Physical Activity and Sports Sciences) and currently a career civil servant in teaching (Physical Education teacher).
My passion is sport, with paddle tennis, climbing, canyoning and trekking being my passion. Do I have time for everything? Well the answer is no, but I always stay active and try to combine both passions.
I offer my time for pleasure and to share good times with people who want to change their routines and want to stay healthy. I try to adapt to everyone, since I understand that not all of us are disciplined, motivated and addicted to physical exercise. The only thing I demand is commitment and self-respect, since like every coach, we all like to see results and that the work pays off.

What do I focus on?
- Health as the focus of training: the objective is to carry out training focusing on your body and mind, prioritizing your well-being in each session. All training in healthy?
- Individual and personalized performance: the workouts will be adapted, adjusting them to the objectives and goals you set for yourself, surpassing any physical or mental limit.
- Postural Improvement: We will work on correcting muscle imbalances and improving your posture, either through techniques such as SGA (global active stretching), proprioceptive exercises, among other variants.
Lasting Maintenance: Another fundamental pillar is to create long-term healthy habits and, to do so, it is necessary to overcome that "enemy" threshold.
Finally, classes can be in-person or online, with the first being in-person to ensure that the exercises are performed with proper technique and thus avoid possible injuries.

Llevo entrenando con Dani unos 6 meses. En mi caso, necesitaba ganar fuerza y también quería ejercicios de movilidad. No me gusta el gimnasio y buscaba algo más específico. Las sesiones son dinámicas y siempre busca ejercicios que motivan con gomas, pesos... He notado bastante progreso y las clases se me pasan volando.
Un crack, sabe adaptar perfectamente los entrenos si tienes alguna lesión, muy profesional y cercano, llevo ya un tiempo con él y he mejorado mucho fisicamente, tenía molestias y en poco tiempo se me fueron. Un diez como entrenador y persona.
Fue mi entrenador personal y un crack. Una persona agradable y profesional. En mi caso fue para rehabilitar tobillo y calistenia funcional. Muy recomendable!
Daniel es un excelente profesional. Encontrarle fue determinante para solucionar mis problemas con el hombro. Un continuo trabajo de musculación dirigido por el, evitó el pasar por quirófano.
Lo que más destacaría de el , es su empatía con el cliente. Sabe perfectamente hasta donde puedes llegar y no exige que entrenes sin control. De esta forma se evitan lesiones que retrasan tu evolución.
Siempre le estaré agradecido, lo recomiendo al 100%
