My desire to ignite a passion and boost how students feel about school work. It’s important to recognize hard work and this can increase confidence. That confidence is what makes all the difference in education. Seeing that confidence lift is what drives me in education. Seeing that empower even more success is truly rewarding. Expectations of consistency in the pursuit of learning feel hopeful and confident in my students' abilities. This is what increases the chances of their success.

I am flexible and have diverse resources to focus on learning. I have a strategical approach, chunk by chunk breaking down challenging concepts with scaffolding. My approach to learning involves an introduction- checking background knowledge, then using that to develop and expand on. I have differentiated work covering different levels- these build on one another, starting with the basics before exploring more abstract ideas.
