About Thomas
With a degree in sports training from the Rio Maior Sports School and UEFA C by the Vila Real Football Association, I had access to Teachers of all levels, experiences and impacts on Portuguese football. The contents that were taught to me combined with my practical experiences in Portugal and abroad, guaranteed me a fundamental background to exercise my profession with quality.
Being a professional is something I value in everything I do. I believe that respect, loyalty and commitment are necessary in all professions and I always demand and apply it in the contexts I work.

About the lesson

Teaching methods according to the specific needs of the student! All classes will be divided into Initial, Main and Final Parts and will have exclusive content. For each student a microcycle and mesocycle will be designed and will progress significantly over the weeks.
Licensed in sports training, I am a UEFA C and UEFA B football coach with general and specific modules already completed.
