As a sophomore/junior in highschool, I took AP U.S History and struggled heavily. This class was unlike any other class I had taken before. I would frequently spend my nights studying Apush for hours; whether it was reading the textbook, watching videos or using flashcards, nothing seemed to work. I began to feel hopeless, until one day when a friend recommended that I start getting help from Haroon Shaikh. I had never had a one on one tutor before, so I was a little bit nervous; however, almost immediately the feeling of nervousness went away. Haroon is not only a great teacher, but also quite friendly. If I were to take Apush again I would make sure to start working with Haroon earlier. Not only did my grades get better, my levels of stress got better too!
